Hardware Installation, Systems Integration and User Training - The Pitman Technical Services Division can arrange for OEM installations and/or Pitman Technical Services installation in most areas of the US. Whether performed by Pitman personnel or the manufacturer, all technicians are fully qualified to install and provide user training on the devices we sell. Pitman also maintains a staff of systems analysts that work in conjunction with our service technicians so that we can offer a full range of services from mechanical installation through network integration. We strive to offer our customers the specific amount of support they require, all at the high level of satisfaction they deserve.
Hardware Repair & Maintenance – The Pitman Technical Services Division can perform preventative maintenance work or make repairs under “time & material” terms or through a series of extended warranties for various devices.
Pre-sale Support – Pitman’s Account Managers, Technology Sales Specialists, and Systems Analysts are available as a pooled resource. They help our customers review potential purchases from every viewpoint to assure that an educated purchasing decision is made, leading to years of productive device use.
